Exploring the scenic trails: the ultimate cross country skiing routes in Dobbiaco
Here the path and trail I highly recommend for cross-country skiing: leave your car near the place “Carbonin” (there are car parking there) or even better take the bus from Dobbiaco to Carbonin; start there your skiing activity and go north on the trails that bring to Dobbiaco. Along the trail you will have the chance to see amazing views!

You can also stop in the restaurant and take a piece of apple strudel with hot coffee! From here continue in north direction and you will arrive at the amazing pavilion where you will be able to see the “Three Lavaredo peaks”. Then continue heading north and after 1/2 hours you will reach Dobbiaco Lake, an amazing place where you can stop by and have lunch with an stunning view. Along the trail you will see many world war monuments and memorials.
